Day 3: Busy Day...

Well today was cray cray....I am still working and about to finish payroll and then I will walk for 30 minutes and be belly wrapped then take a shower go then go to sleep, tomorrow will be a better day.

Lunch today was super boring, and it was the same as yesterday:


I am also drinking my detox tea which is:

Well I am off to finish payroll and going on this 30 minute walk.

Day 2: WHITE BREAD IS MY WEAKNESS

Well this is day two and I feel good but weak not weak like I have not been eating but I just ate some white bread and told myself tomorrow NO MAS lol

I'm drinking some detox tea tonight!

I just had this for lunch, coffee in the morning, and the stupid white bread right now!!! CARBS are evil!!!


Lunch: Salad and Mac & Cheese

My boss bought me some Mac & Cheese cups and I had to have some!!! Sorry Day 2!

I drank water but not enough and I did exercise ALOT of Dancing and Walking!

I will dance a little more because I ate some white bread!

What is Motivation?

Oh wait?! I know someone asking you if your pregnant when you are not!!!! OMG!!!! I feel like a whale, what the hell is wrong with people?!?!?! Then it makes me not want to loose weight because then they will feel that its because of their comment that I want to loose weight and it isn't! BLAH!

People are the worst! lol

Well even before this nasty comment I already had decided that I wanted to loose weight! Because I have a California Trip that I am looking forward to and I want to feel nice and sexy!!!

So what I have decided to do is the following:

Walk a mile every night with my dog while being belly wrapped:


This is me wrapped excuse the mess! All my groceries are usually dog food! lol 

-30 Minute Cardio

I am also using these pills to control me going for ALL THE CARBS! ALL THE TIME!!! I found out about these pills from Dr. Oz. Here is a pic of the pills I am taking and the video of Dr. Oz:

Also, drink a lot more water!!!! I will start with the goal of a gallon per day, lets see how that goes!
