Day 2: WHITE BREAD IS MY WEAKNESS

Well this is day two and I feel good but weak not weak like I have not been eating but I just ate some white bread and told myself tomorrow NO MAS lol

I'm drinking some detox tea tonight!

I just had this for lunch, coffee in the morning, and the stupid white bread right now!!! CARBS are evil!!!


Lunch: Salad and Mac & Cheese

My boss bought me some Mac & Cheese cups and I had to have some!!! Sorry Day 2!

I drank water but not enough and I did exercise ALOT of Dancing and Walking!

I will dance a little more because I ate some white bread!
